Listen and Obey...

There is no other way:  To build a fountain that flows through a Christian, or believers life.  Is the substance of faith You teach by example!  As the revelation comes to You and starts to breathe on it.  Becomes your DNA the blood and the water that were poured out for You and me.

Activating a faith in ones Life, is the mustard seed He gave through His word.

1.     Do it My Way...

2.     Not what You have been taught...

3.     Not what You know...

4.     Not what my MOM and my DAD lived by...

5.     But the Word of Truth...

It is a fountain of Life.  A standard laid out for You and Me.

“There are, it maybe, so many kinds of languages in the world and none of them is without significance.”  1 Corinthians 14:10 (ESV)

Not one left out...

Not one...

Was all given the significance of life...

“There, if I do not know the meaning of the language, I shall be a foreigner to him who speaks, and he who speaks will be a foreigner to me.”  1 Corinthians 14:11 (ESV)

How do you know the language of the Word of Truth without believing it?  Isn’t that faith as a mustard seed?

Now to go on to scripture Eleven of 1 Corinthians states, “Even so you, since you are zealous for spiritual gifts, let it be for the edification for the church that you seek to excel.”

To excel is our faith walk...

Is to obey what His language ... speaks.

“So that He promised with an oath to give her what ever she might ask.”  Matthew 14:7 (ESV)

Activating faith comes...To believe ... But the key ... to ask.

“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for.  Keep on seeking, and you will find.  Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.”  Matthew 7:7 (NLT)

As I have listened on this writing, He gave me.  The Holy Spirit pointed out scripture to put down, not knowing what they would be.  But being trained to listen.  A step in walking out my faith walk.  WHY?

His is Spirit and we worship him in SPIRIT AND TRUTH...

Being led by the Holy Spirit is the fountain of life...SIMPLE.

To believe...He is life of the Truth...SIMPLE.

To walk by faith...not by sight.

“Truth in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”  Proverbs 3:5,6 (NIV)

THE FATHER OF TRUTH...

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”  John 1:1 (KJNV)

As Jesus His Son...directs Us back to the Father.

So, Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of His own accord, but only what He sees the Father doing.  For what ever the Father does, that the Son does likewise.”  John 5:19 (ESV)

As leading by the example of the Holy Spirit...all three in ONE...The Trinity.

A fountain of truth...laid out by my listening and obeying.

As He put this writing together, MADE SIMPLE.

WALK OUT YOUR FAITH WALK...

“FAITH IS THE CONFIDENCE IN WHAT HE HOPE FOR AND ASSURANCE ABOUT WHAT WE DO NOT SEE.”  Hebrews 11:1 (NIV)

Hank, Sue, and the Easter Bunny... versus ...

                 THE EASTER STORY

Hank was a boy of age sixteen, and Sue, the age of fourteen.  Sitting one day in school.  Hearing it is Easter time.

Hank ask Sue, “Hey, you want to help with my Sunday school class color Easter eggs, and hide them for the Easter egg hunt we are having?”

Sue in her day dreaming time, thinking to herself.  Wondering could Hank ask me to do something with him.  He is so cute, and nice.  He doesn’t use those bad words and gives respect to the teachers.  Not like the other boys in the classroom.  Wow, he must have read my mind.

“Yeah that would be nice to color Easter eggs.  However, I must ask my parents if it is OK.  What day and the time?”

Hank said, “April 7 at 1:00 p.m.”

So that afternoon, Sue walked into her house to ask her mother: who was in the kitchen making bread, and her dad hadn’t gotten home yet.

“Hey Mom, remember the boy I talked to you about.  The boy at school, Hank.  Well today he asked me to go to his church to help color Easter eggs for the Easter egg hunt they have having.  Can I go Mom, can I go?”

“We really don’t know this boy, Sue.  You know we don’t go to church.  They will be talking about that man name, Jesus.  And it is not are customs to believe in this Jesus, believing He is the Messiah.  He came to save the world from their sin.  Sue, I know you like this boy name Hank, and you are wanting to have friends in school.  But we are good people.  Let me talk with your Dad about this.”

Sue walked out of the kitchen thinking to herself.  Why is always this problem when I ask to go do something when it concerns the church?

My school friend Sally ask the other day if I could to stay overnight with the Assembly of God church youth gathering.  And the same response from my parents.

Gee, what’s this story about this man name, Jesus?  And He has something to do about forgiving our sin?

Oh, I remember Sally giving me a little booklet.  I think I will go read it.  Maybe I will understand.

The booklet started out:

Long ago in a far way land ... called Nazareth.

Came a story about a baby name ... Jesus.

He was born to a virgin mother ... Mary.

His natural Father was a carpenter by trade.

He grew in years ...

By the time He was 12.

He was reading the Jewish scrolls in synagogue.

The law ... The Ten Commandments.

His days were filled with doing ... What He was called to do.

A Father up above ... The God of the Universe.

Sent His Son, Jesus ... To save the world.

By the time He was thirty ... His ministry had started.

John the Baptist ... Baptized Him.

He walked the land of Israel.

Healing the sick, raising the dead, and casting out the demons.

Freely He gave.

The Jewish religious leaders...

Did not like what Jesus was saying, “I can forgive your sin?”

He called the 12 disciples ... to follow Him.

One was Judas...

He sold Jesus for 30 pieces of silver.

The Roman solders took him in custody...

And brought Him before the King of the land...

He wanted nothing to do with Jesus penalty.

They yelled out, “Crucify Him.”

They took Him and beat Him.

Thirty-nine lashes on His back.

Put a crown of thorns on His head.

He was heading to ... THE CROSS.

They nailed His has hands and feet.

................ON THAT DAY...............

As His mother watch from ... a far.

The Roman solder took a spear and pieced His side.

They came and buried Him.

And Mary Magdalene ... went to the tomb.

To fine He was gone.

The Angel spoke ... “HE IS RISEN.”

That’s why Jesus was given.

A day in history.

A time to know.

The story was told of a man.

“HE IS RISEN.”

1               Did Sue’s parents let her go?

2              Did Sue show her parents ... what she learned in the booklet?

3             Should I make that decision to learn about the Jesus ... they talk about
          He died for my sin?

Maybe, I can learn about the Ten Commandments He is talking about … And say good words, Myself.  To please the Jesus ... the man that gave His life for me.

LOST AND FOUND

My words mean me-

Lost is my name-

To be found comes-

I am here to stay...

Look in the drawer-

Look in the closet-

Look under the bed-

I am not there...

I stand outside-

I stand to sing a song-

I stand here-

I am found...

U mean-I am to be seen?

U mean-I was created for something good?

U mean-I was born?

U mean-I am found?

A PLACE IN A FAMILY

THAT SAYS, “LOST, WE LOVE U.”

Lost...I love your smile-

Lost...I love your little fingers-

And the color of your eyes-

The hair that is red-or maybe black-or that blonde-ONE...

U are here to stay-

U are here to make a ...WHAT?

Lost I am-

But found-I have been...

Takes me on this little trip-

I will show U-

I will stop in front of that candy store-

And look up-

To find...I am LOST..

I STAND AWAY FROM OTHERS

HUM IS MY THOUGHT IN MY MIND

Two wrongs don’t make it right-

Two rights don’t make it wrong-

Standing in the candy store-

I want to buy-LOST...

As someone speaks my name-

And I go a different path-

Because WHY?

I have been found...

I am thinking on this trip-

Where do I go?

Where is the path?

I only see two roads...

As I sit here watching-

As I look down the two roads-

I know the wrong road- I have sin

Which is the best ONE for me?

I must make a choice?

I see a bright light before-

U made the right choice-

I HAVE BEEN FOUND...

As the words I hear-

As my thought in the candy store-

Not good-I want candy-

And my thought I could just take some...

No one is watching-

No one is here with me-

I am all alone-

BUT THE THOUGHT CAME I HAVE BEEN FOUND...

So, I ask to create in me a clean heart-

To renew my mind-

And I thank you-Lord

You found me...!
